PSD2 fully privacy-proof <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Today the European Data Protection Board, to which all national data protection authorities are affiliated, confirmed that the new European law on payment services, PSD2, is entirely 'privacy proof'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier Sophie in 't Veld sent a letter<\/a> to the Committee (previously known as WP29) with questions about the privacy aspects of PSD2.
